Meet Our Veterinarians
Marsh Hospital for Animals Team
Dr. Megan Armani
Started her career at Oradell Animal Hospital in a small animal surgery and medicine internship followed by a year of residency in Emergency and Critical Care at Blue Pearl, Tampa. She is the former owner of 2 veterinary hospitals in Pensacola, Florida that she helped grow with her husband, also a veterinarian, into premier, progressive hospitals before selling both to move up to New Jersey with her family. She partnered with Dr. Mark Milwicki in 2024 and is so thankful for the wonderful team, culture, and client’s at Marsh Hospital for Animals. Dr. Armani’s goal is to increase the human-animal bond and provide best care for the pet and cares for her patients as if they were her own.
Dr. Mark Milwicki
Grew up in South Africa and graduated from the University of Pretoria (“Onderstepoort,” which translates to “under the paw”) in 1978. After working in a small animal practice in Cape Town for a year, Mark and his wife traveled to Europe and finally settled in England where they remained for three years. Dr. Milwicki became a member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and practiced in a small village about thirty miles south of London.

Carla
Hospital Manager
Carla has been working at Marsh for the past 28 years, starting as a veterinary assistant and progressing through the ranks to becoming the practice manager for the past 20 years. In her role, she focuses on operations of the hospital, client care and communication, and keeps the team focused on client and patient care. Outside of the office, she loves the shore and being a mom to a teen boy and enjoying time with family and friends.
Jillian
Assistant Manager
Jillian has made veterinary medicine her career for the past 22 years and has been a part of Marsh Hospital for Animals as well as experience in emergency medicine and management. She has a passion for training, operations, and client and patient care. When not working, she enjoys cooking, baking and spending time with family and friends and her 3 dogs, Jewel, Aidian, and Reigne.
Jevon
Veterinary Technician
Jevon has been with the Marsh team for 18 years and loves helping clients, gently reassuring the patients during exams and taking care of hospitalized patients. He is an avid music lover and proud father. He loves his team and helping our clients.
Dee
Client Care Coordinator
Dee has a passion for customer service and client care. Her warm and friendly manner helps put clients at ease and she is likely the one you will speak to when calling in. Dee has been with Marsh Hospital for the past 17 years and loves all creative outlets and is passionate about her faith and her country.
Lily
Veterinary Technician
Lily has been part of the Marsh team for the past 3 years and excels as a surgery/anesthesia/dentistry technician. She enjoys the climate of the operating room and is skilled at assessing patients under anesthesia as well as performing dental prophylaxis. She loves Disney World, doing her nails and fun designs.
Melissa
Veterinary Technician
Just moved back to New Jersey from Brazil where I recently graduated fron veterinarian college, now working as a vet tech. Cats and dogs have always had a special place in my heart I never wanted to work with anything else!
Matthew
Veterinary Technician
Matthew started his career at Marsh and continues to learn every day. He hopes to gain certification in veterinary technology in the near future and loves to work with the team and help our clients and patients. Matthew is an avid golfer routinely driving over 300 yards (or so he says) and likes gaming.
Bernie
Veterinary Technician
Born and raised in New Jersey, I’ve spent most of my career in healthcare. When it was time for a change I joined the team at Marsh Hospital for Animals hoping to provide the same respect, compassion and care to Clients and their pets.
As a family we enjoy road trip vacations with our pet across the USA
